Christian's was famous for them, but when the Federal Flood following Katrina destroyed Christian's, the dish disappeared. Now Chef Greg Picolo has brought them back. Redemption Restaurant now serves Smoked Soft-Shell Crabs as an appetizer at night. It is not on the menu for lunch, but ask--they almost always have them.
