I have not posted in a while for many reasons. My wife, a wonderful woman who lived with me for 17 years, died 5 August of this year. She had cervical cancer, which had she had regular Doctor visits, could have been treated and would have been no issue. But she was afraid of doctors. Silly, isn't it.
That fear killed her, and I had to spend 3 years going to hospitals with her for radiation and chemo therapy. She was very valiant through it all, and she always tried to bolster the flagging spirits of her fellow chemo patients.
I miss her.
